A Brief History Of News Paper

Also called Briefs or Newspapers, newspaper is a special type of daily newspaper printed for an exclusive public audience and meant to be circulated widely. The aim of the newspaper is to provide first hand information about local or international events and current affairs, along with local or international news stories. In some countries, the newspaper is published within the Government Printing Office, while in others, the newspaper is published by the newspaper publishers. Whichever method is used to publish the newspaper, it is aimed at providing first hand information to its readers.

The newspaper has traditionally been published in the morning on the day that is released to the public. Although technically, any publication can be published anytime, the newspaper has always been the first publication. The first issue of newspaper was published on the 8th August, in 1840. Since then, various other versions of newspaper have been published throughout the year.

There are several types of newspaper available, based on their publication date. The first, and oldest version, is a weekly paper that is published on the first Saturday of each month. The other two types are the fortnightly and monthly papers, which are published on a semiannual basis. News e-newspapers were also introduced in October 2011, following the success of the South Indian news e-weekly published on the same day. News e-newspapers offer both online and print access to news stories, making them a great alternative for many readers, especially those who cannot get hold of news papers on time.
